Granite BPO Ltd secures FCSA Accreditation for umbrella employment services

The FCSA is delighted to add Granite BPO Ltd to its growing list of Accredited Members, having achieved accreditation for their umbrella employment services.

FCSA Accreditation demonstrates to recruitment agencies, end hirers, and contractors that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment, and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, FCSA Accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.

On becoming FCSA Accredited, Granite BPO Managing Director, Jovan Pavlicevic said: “We’re excited to begin this new chapter in the Granite history book and to be working in partnership with FCSA. Being FCSA Accredited is confirmation of the values and ethos we’ve always upheld and our commitment to getting things right for our employees and agency customers.

“Most importantly, it’s a great reflection on the team that worked so hard to get Granite into the position we’re in today. So, to those of you who’ve joined us on the journey – our team, our customers, and now the FCSA team – I offer my thanks and our pledge to continue striving to be the best in the business.”

To become an Accredited Member, applicants must undergo an independent and rigorous assessment of their business services, operations, policies and processes, all of which are examined to ensure adherence to FCSA compliance standards.

FCSA’s chief executive, Phil Pluck commented: “I am very pleased to welcome Granite BPO on board and would like to congratulate Jovan and the whole team for meeting the extremely high standards required to pass FCSA Accreditation. It is no mean feat and something to be celebrated.”
