Generate has become the latest company to become accredited by the FCSA for its umbrella and CIS services. FCSA accreditation demonstrates to freelancers, contractors and recruitment businesses that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.
Generate was founded over seven years ago by Managing Director Adam Barton to focus on providing compliant and tax-efficient payroll solutions for contractors.
On becoming FCSA accredited, Adam Barton said: “We are delighted to have passed the rigorous assessment to become a fully FCSA accredited member. Integrity, accountability, passion and transparency lie at the heart of our business, core values which I know are shared by FCSA.
“Being endorsed by FCSA provides our clients with all the assurances they need to trust in the Generate brand. FCSA is not only setting a benchmark but is defining excellence across our industry and we are looking forward to working alongside other FCSA members to drive up standards and build a better future for the flexible workforce as we start a new year.”
To become an accredited member, applicants must undergo an independent and rigorous assessment of their business services, operations, policies and processes, all of which are examined to ensure adherence to FCSA compliance standards.
FCSA’s chief executive, Julia Kermode added: “Many congratulations to Adam and the Generate team and wonderful news as we start 2020. It is no mean feat to secure FCSA accreditation and testimony to their hard work. FCSA accredited membership is the quality mark that every freelancer, contractor and recruiter should look for when considering a professional services company, safe in the knowledge that they will receive a reliable and professional service.”
