Andy Chamberlain joins FCSA

Team FCSA

Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) is delighted to announce that Andy Chamberlain has joined the FCSA team in the role of Head of Strategic Policy and Advocacy.

Andy joins FCSA from our friends at IPSE, where he served as Director of Policy. During his time at IPSE, he became one of the most recognisable and respected voices for the self-employed, leading the organisation’s work on IR35, off-payroll reforms, and a wide range of policy issues impacting freelancers and contractors.

With Andy’s background spanning more than 15 years in this sector, his expertise has established him as a trusted authority among policymakers, businesses, and independent professionals alike.

Commenting on his new role, Andy Chamberlain said:“I’m very excited to be joining FCSA at such an important time for the sector. Compliance, trust and transparency are critical issues for contractors, agencies and providers, and I look forward to working with Chris and the team to help ensure that FCSA continues to set the standard for our industry.”

Chris Bryce, Chief Executive of FCSA, added:“Andy is one of the most respected voices in our sector and his track record speaks for itself. Having worked alongside him over many years, I know the value of his experience and insights and the energy he will bring to FCSA. We’re proud to welcome him to the team and confident that his contribution will be invaluable as we continue to champion compliance and high standards across the industry.”
