FCSA are aware that a member appears to be in financial difficulties, and that a limited number of affected workers may not have received holiday pay funds that they rightly expected. We have suspended the member concerned and as such their accreditation has been withdrawn and stakeholders have been informed.
We are investigating this as a matter of urgency, and we are taking steps to see if it might be possible for other FCSA members to provide ongoing services to the affected workers. We are aware that an FCSA member has already stepped in to assist a number of affected workers. FCSA are working with that member and other FCSA members to help to mitigate the effect of this situation.
At this stage we are unable to provide further detail, but we will issue further updates as and when further information comes to light.
