We’re doing something a little different with the blog today.
Normally, this is where we talk about the big compliance challenges our sector faces, or the policy changes that keep us all on our toes. But this time, I wanted to take a step back and give you a peek behind the curtain at something we’re working on here at FCSA, and why it matters for the whole FCSA community.
Over the past year, our Business Partner community has grown. So has the role it plays in supporting FCSA’s wider mission: raising standards, strengthening compliance, and bringing people together across the supply chain. With that growth has come an opportunity and a responsibility to make the programme even more useful, transparent, and connected.
That’s why we’re preparing to launch a new Business Partner Portal later this year.
This isn’t just a technical update. It’s part of a much broader effort to make it easier for all parts of the FCSA community to interact, contribute, and get value from their connection with us.
What will the portal do?
For our Business Partners specifically, the portal will offer a central hub to:
✅ See all your partnership opportunities for the year – so you can plan activity and make the most of your partnership.
✅ Submit content for FCSA channels – upload blogs, resources and updates easily with all the information we need, making it quicker to get your voice heard.
✅ Book meetings with the FCSA marketing team – to discuss campaigns, brainstorm ideas or get support for upcoming initiatives.
✅ Update your company profile and information – ensuring the details we use are accurate and up to date.
This means less back-and-forth on email, a clearer picture of what’s coming up, and more control over how you engage with us.
Why now?
The business partner portal is just one piece of a bigger picture. At FCSA we’re taking a wider look at how we support and connect our community, whether that’s accredited members navigating regulatory change, recruiters needing guidance on supply chain compliance, or business partners looking to align with FCSA’s mission.
The Forum this year showed us the power of our community when it comes together, over 200 people in one room, including members, recruiters, partners, policymakers and even HMRC officials. That sense of shared purpose is exactly what we want to build on. The portal is designed to help keep those conversations going year-round, and give our partners the tools to contribute more easily to the wider dialogue.
What’s next?
If you’re already an FCSA Business Partner, you’ll hear from us soon with more details and a walkthrough of what to expect. And if you’re not yet an FCSA Business Partner but are curious about how we can work together, now’s the perfect time to start the conversation.
