FCSA is currently investigating allegations of action being taken by HMRC against one of our members. In line with our governance procedures and commitment to integrity, the member concerned has been advised.We will not be commenting further until the matter has been fully resolved.
UPDATE – 20th July 2026:
Whenever we receive evidence of a breach of our Codes – whether it’s related to a new complaint by an individual or evidence provided by a third-party – we’ll take action to investigate and follow our documented procedures to ensure any issues are dealt with fairly and effectively.
FCSA members are also obliged to abide fully to our Terms and Conditions of Membership and any further special terms agreed with them by FCSA.
FCSA has terminated the membership of Contractor Umbrella Ltd.
