Bright Sky Contracting becomes an FCSA Accredited Member

FCSA Accredited Member Bright Sky Contracting

Bright Sky Contracting has achieved FCSA Accreditation for its umbrella employment and CIS payroll services, joining the industry’s compliance elite.

Bright Sky Contracting has become the latest firm to become accredited by the FCSA for its umbrella employment and CIS payroll services.

FCSA Accreditation demonstrates to freelancers, contractors and recruitment businesses that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment and regulatory laws.  Coupled with financial stability tests, FCSA Accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.

Founded in 2015 by Adam Connell, originally as Bright Sky Umbrella; under their new brand name Bright Sky Contracting they now offer a range of services for not only the ever changing contractor market, but also offering accountants, tax, legal and HR, with a no-nonsense approach.

Commenting on securing FCSA Accreditation, Bright Sky Contracting Managing Director, Adam Connell said: “We are delighted to have passed the rigorous assessment to become a fully Accredited Member. Being endorsed by FCSA demonstrates to our clients and stakeholders that we have demonstrated the highest industry compliance standards and know that we can and will deliver a first-class umbrella and CIS payroll service.”

To become an Accredited Member, applicants must undergo an independent and rigorous assessment of their business services, operations, policies and processes, all of which are examined to ensure adherence to FCSA compliance standards.

FCSA’s chief executive, Julia Kermode added: “FCSA Accreditation is not an easy process and I would like to congratulate the Bright Sky team for meeting the extremely high standards required to become a fully Accredited Member. I am delighted to welcome them to our fast-growing organisation.”
