The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA) has welcomed Marvel Payroll as its latest Accredited Member, following successful completion of FCSA’s rigorous independent compliance assessment.
Marvel Payroll, which provides umbrella employment services to contractors and recruitment agencies across the UK, has demonstrated full compliance with the FCSA Codes of Compliance, the most comprehensive compliance standard in the sector. The accreditation covers Marvel’s umbrella employment offering and has been independently verified by qualified tax experts and legal practitioners.
FCSA Accreditation is the recognised gold standard for compliance in the umbrella and contractor services sector, with FCSA Members collectively supporting more than 200,000 contractors and remitting over £6 billion to HMRC each year.

Marvel’s accreditation comes as the contractor sector faces some of its most significant compliance changes in recent years, including the introduction of joint and several liability legislation in April 2026. FCSA Accreditation gives recruiters and end clients the assurance that Marvel meets the highest compliance standards.
