Code of Compliance
All FCSA Accredited Members must satisfy the Code of Compliance on an annual basis – an independent compliance review is undertaken by regulated accountancy and legal firms approved by FCSA. Applicants and members must provide evidence to confirm compliance with the code, which is then tested by our expert assessors. Our reviewers are wholly independent of FCSA; regulated accountants and lawyers required to adhere to specific professional standards, and proven experts within our field. A copy of documentation and review findings are sent to HMRC, an integral part of the process.
