EY 2 St Peter's Square, Manchester, M2 3DF25th September 2019 - 9:30 - 12:30
With just a few months until IR35/off-payroll legislation comes into effect for the private sector, we are asking recruiters, are you ready?
From 6 April 2020, this new legislation means that all end-clients (unless they are a “small” business) will be responsible for determining whether their contractors are inside IR35, and if found to be inside IR35 contractors must have tax and NI deducted at source via PAYE. This is going to be complex to administer, and most end-clients are not intending to add contractors to their in-house PAYE. No doubt recruiters will play a key role in supporting end-clients on the intricacies and establishing the best way forward, so now is the time to get advice from the industry experts on:
As the UK’s leading independent compliance accreditation for employment intermediaries, FCSA is inviting recruitment businesses to attend a free seminar for unbiased views from experts on how the off-payroll legislation will affect your company. This is your chance for open, honest and truly independent discussion with leading experts – so come along and bring with you all the questions that you dare not raise with HMRC.
