Accredited Members are rightly proud of being able to demonstrate that they adhere to the rigorous FCSA Code of Compliance.  They are independently reviewed against the code on an annual basis, and a copy of which is sent to HMRC for absolute transparency.  The compliance review is undertaken by FCSA approved assessors, experts in the field who are professionally regulated accountants and solicitors.

Being an FCSA Accredited Member gives your customers (agencies, contractors and end-hirers) peace of mind that your business operates legally and adheres to all regulations.

Accredited Members are authorised to display the orange FCSA logo, and you can also view a full list of compliant members here.

You can view the Code of Compliance here: FCSA Code of Compliance

FCSA Associate Members

Associate Members are service provider firms that agree to adhere to the FCSA Charter, and have self-certified that their business is run by fit & proper persons.  The Charter sets out the minimum standards we expect any operator in the sector to uphold, and that the businesses are run legally.

You can view the Charter here:  FCSA Charter 2017

Associate Members join FCSA to benefit from our trade body activities, such as access to information, advice, market intelligence, lobbying, technical updates and much more.

Being an Associate Member does not imply FCSA compliance.  The two categories are different with specific logos for each – orange indicates FCSA Accredited Member (compliant), blue indicates an Associate Member.
