Following our successful recruiters’ seminar roadshow, we are pleased to announce an exclusive seminar for FCSA Full Members, Associates and other firms in the professional employment services sector.

This seminar, which will be held on Monday, 11th April in London, will offer practical advice on Travel and Subsistence, SDC Tests, and following the recent Budget announcement, the Public Sector Procurement of PSCs.

It is paramount that everyone in the professional employment services sector fully understand the various legislation changes but more importantly, what measures are required to ensure they are compliant.

As the leading professional employment services trade association, FCSA have organised this seminar as part of its commitment to raising compliance standards within the sector.

Ahead of this important seminar, FCSA Chief Executive Julia Kermode said:

“We have heard so much about T&S reform from a policy perspective, but there has been very little guidance on implementation. That is why the FCSA is hosting this seminar – to offer practical advice to our members and other intermediaries to help with the planning and implementation of changes to your operations.”

“We have an impressive line-up including: insights and analysis from Ernst & Young, Q&A with the HMRC Intermediaries Co-ordination Unit on the more practical aspects of T&S reform, an early opportunity to listen to the policy teams from HMRC and HMT on public sector engagement of personal service companies following Budget 2016, and Capita will be joining us to give an end-client perspective on how they can manage contractors effectively.”

In addition to inviting our Full Members and Associates to attend, e also welcome those in the sector who are not currently associated with FCSA to attend and join the discussion.
