As part of our open and transparent policy we have published a summary of our Code of Conduct and the full Code itself. All members must satisfy the Code on an annual basis – A “big 4″ accountancy firm undertake all the offsite and onsite review work and the files and findings are sent voluntarily to HMRC who are an integral part of the Code process. The Code will inevitably get updated as changes in our marketplace occur.

Revised versions will be published on the website immediately, the latest version is dated February 2013 and includes AWR and Pensions Act compliance.
